OVERVIEW OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING -

Full payment is required to reserve your rental date and equipment. Your date or the equipment is not secured until this payment is complete. and an executed Rental Contract is received. Should we not receive a fully executed contract, your date and equipment will not be secured. You will pick up your equipment at the agreed upon time and place, and return according to the terms and conditions of the contract.

CARD ON FILE -

A valid credit must remain on file for: Damages, Excessive Cleaning, Missing Items, Replacement of broken or lost equipment, late return fees. Fees may apply if items are returned damaged or broken, missing pieces, heavily scratched, wet or stained, covered in food, gum, glitter, paint or liquids. Your card will only be charges if an issue occurs and you will receive notification with a breakdown of the charges. Replacement costs will vary based upon the damage and the cost of the items. Excessive Cleaning fees will range from $25 to 150 depending on the severity.

EQUIPMENT -

Customers are responsible for all rental items from the moment they are in your possession until they are returned.. It is your responsibility to ensure that the rental equipment is used as intended. Keep all items under your supervision and do all possible to prevent, theft vandalism or damage.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING -

All payments and deposits are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The rental payment is required to hold the booking and must be paid using a valid credit or debit card. If the booking is cancelled 21 days or more before the scheduled event, the rental payment will be fully refunded. If the booking is cancelled between 10 and 20 days before the scheduled event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled within 9 days of the scheduled event, the deposit will be non-refundable.
